Here is a look at David’s journey as an actor and some of his most memorable experiences along the way.

Breaking Through

David Iacono, who starred in the show “Breaking Bad” as Mike Ehrmantraut from 2008 until its conclusion in 2013, has always been a prolific actor. He’s also a philanthropist and humanitarian. In this blog post, we’ll explore David Iacono’s childhood and how it prepared him for his successful career as an actor.

David Iacono was born on October 4th, 1978 in New York City to childhood acting parents: his mother is Lisa Iacono, who appeared in various television shows and commercials throughout David’s childhood, while his father is John Iacono, a notable character actor who appeared in TV shows like “The Sopranos” and “Rescue Me.”

Although David originally wanted to be a musician like his father, he eventually decided that acting was his true passion. After attending high school at LaGuardia Community College (where he played football), David began his professional acting career appearing in small roles on television shows like “Law & Order” and “Third Watch.” In 2003, he landed the role of Mike Ehrmantraut on the hugely popular show Breaking Bad which ran for 5 seasons from 2008-2013.
