From Mexico to Hollywood

Fernando del Solar, who has recently starred in the new movie “The Maze Runner: The Death Cure” as Jorge, was born in Mexico City on June 10th, 1993. How did you get your start in modeling?

I started modeling when I was 15 years old and I always loved it! I was picked up by a modeling agency and my career took off from there.

What was your experience on “America’s Next Top Model” like?

It was amazing! The show really gave me my break. I actually auditioned for the show twice before they finally picked me and it definitely paid off. I think my stint on the show helped me land some bigger roles afterwards too!
